What 1.0 is aiming to ship

Five playable chapters

Release 1.0 focuses on chapters 1-5. Chapters 6-10 are post-release content and stay locked until polished.

Persistent account progress

Players should be able to return later without losing profile, objectives, chapter progress, and reward state.

Readable first session

The first login, first run, first upgrade, and first boss gate must be understandable without external explanation.

Release-grade operations

Build, deploy, backup, rollback, support, and admin tools must be stable enough for public traffic.

Latest public note

Release roadmap locked to five chapters

The release plan has been tightened around the content that is already playable now: chapters 1-5. This keeps the public promise honest, reduces late-release balancing risk, and makes the first release easier to test. Later chapters become content updates after launch instead of blocking the first stable web release.
